Dress designerA relaunch that worked, then the owner chose a new creative direction.
Powerlifting gymTraffic grew 57%, but the goal was members, not visitors.
TransportationA new service kept off the existing boat transport website, on purpose.
Design agencyRelationship-led sales, an underused website and occasional bursts of Google Ads.
Security manufacturingEveryone assumed the advertising was working. Nobody had checked.
How I work differently
What you pay for, and what you get for it.
Marketing consultants in Australia charge around $80 to $200 an hour, and agency retainers for a small business sit between $1,500 and $7,500 a month.
I provide extraordinary value against those numbers. Many of my fixed prices start below that range, and the person doing the work has more than 30 years of commercial marketing experience. If you want the market rates and how to judge a quote, that's on hiring a marketing consultant.
