Marketing services / Website design and build
A website that gets found and turns visitors into enquiries, built by someone who worked out what it should say before designing it.
A website has four jobs to do.
Get found organically
Be suitable to receive paid ad traffic
Explain why someone should choose you over a competitor
Turn as many visits as possible into an enquiry, booking or sale
Most sites are online but don't do any of these things, and that is probably why you are here now.
Your site was built cheap or generated by AI. It looks fine at first glance, but it is an online business card that isn't generating visibility or leads.
You cannot change anything without paying a developer, so nothing gets updated because it is too hard, custom coded or you don't have access.
The business has moved on and the site still describes what you did five years ago.
The site looks fine, the phone does not ring constantly and you have no idea if anyone visits it.
You search for what you do and you are not showing up anywhere.
Your domain or hosting is in someone else's name.
One or two of these and a rebuild may be overkill. If it is most of them, it is time to start again.
The first conversation is not about design
It is about what you sell, who buys it, what they compare you against, and what would make someone choose you. Most websites fail because that conversation never happened and the site ends up saying what every competitor's site says.
Then I write the copy
The person who did the research should be the person who writes it. A designer filling in placeholder text with whatever you email over is how sites end up looking good and saying nothing.
Then the build, structured for search
From the start, rather than retrofitted by an SEO afterwards. Clear heading structure, sensible URLs, real answers to real questions, which is also what makes a page usable by AI search.
Then tracking, configured and verified
Working before launch. Analytics, Search Console and conversion events tested with a real submission. Not set up and assumed.

Positioning, copywriting, build and tracking in every tier.

Domain, analytics, Search Console, the lot. I have audited too many businesses locked out of their own website by a developer who stopped answering the phone.
A conversation about what the site should say, before anyone picks a colour. This is the step almost every web project skips.
Every page, every heading and every block of text is written specifically for your business and what it does, rather than generic copy.
Search and AI structure designed in rather than retrofitted, and tracking verified with a real test submission before launch.
Case studies explaining the depth of the work and the results it can achieve when it is done properly.

A lot of business owners don't realise how much a poor website implementation can affect their business. Here are some examples of what can happen.

Three steps, timeframe on each.
A 45 minute one on one session about your business, what makes you different and what you offer in the marketplace. No copywriting or design work happens before we do this.
Each page is drafted with headings and body copy that balance SEO requirements with turning visitors into leads. This takes between two and four weeks.
Once the copy and site structure are agreed, we confirm fonts, colours and style before the design and build is finalised for launch.
Your questions answered.
I've seen the same mistake play out often enough, and my digital marketing audits prove it every time. A business owner chooses the cheaper option when building a website and pays for it in other ways, like lack of visibility or a site that can't convert visitors into leads.
Sometimes it's a free or low-cost DIY website builder chosen because it feels like the safe option upfront. A site built this way often looks fine at a glance and is genuinely difficult to get properly found through search, which quietly turns it into an online business card. I've watched business owners try this route more than once. One described his own attempt as "an absolute dogs breakfast" before we started again properly.
Sometimes it's handing a redesign to a developer without checking whether they have real experience preserving a site's search visibility. A developer can build almost anything you describe clearly, but that's a different skill to protecting what's already working. I've seen a full redesign, built by a developer doing exactly what was asked, come out measurably worse than the site it replaced: worse speed, more search errors, lower engagement.
Sometimes it's installing an unvetted plugin yourself to save a support fee, with no backup, and taking the whole site offline. Sometimes it's approving a redesign purely on how it looks, without checking the technical foundation underneath, and losing real, working search rankings like this example.
None of this means doing it properly has to be expensive. A cheap build that has to be rebuilt in eighteen months isn't cheap, it's two builds. A free platform that never gets found isn't free, it's a website that cost you every lead it should have generated. If you want a straight read on what your own build actually needs, get in touch and I'll tell you plainly.
Yes. Domain, analytics and every account in your name, with a handover document. If you never speak to me again, nothing breaks.
Then the honest first step is often the audit rather than a rebuild. Sometimes the existing site is fine and the problem is elsewhere.
Not if the migration is handled properly, which means URL mapping and redirects planned before launch. Losing rankings in a redesign is a preventable failure, not an inevitable one.
Yes, and training is included so you can.
